The irony is that Corbett was one of the better Republican governors. And it was considered a major scandal when he said some ridiculous things that are peanuts compared to the God Emperor.
He made massive cuts to education and p*ssed off a lot of PSU alumni during the Sandusky scandal.
Corbett was making a comeback but 2014 was an upside down yr for GoP in PA, just like KY, MT, AR and LA were favorable to the GOP over Dems
