Is Huckabee actually doing McCain a favor?

NO:
- McCain spends money now which he won't spend in August, September, October, November.
- National medias relentlessly talk about Huckabee "surprise" (even in Louisiana !).
- McCain doesn't take advantage from the lasting Dem race.

YES:
- McCain is forced to talk to conservatives (even, social conservatives, evangelicals and arch-conservatives).
- McCain is forced to travel around the country and to make a real and local campaign.

In fact, we'll already know a bit tomorrow: if Huckabee is too close to McCain in Virginia, he will undoubtedly harm the GOP candidate. And we'll know for sure in Texas.

Please, GOP rank-and-file, think about your vote and do not weaken Mac too much. You'll regret it in November.
You know Clinton. Obama is the same politics (even far more liberal), with no competence: just spin....
In France, we've got Ségolène Royal: void of ideas and strong programmes, nice in front of medias....
