On one hand, I want Ossoff to win 50% + 1 to make this whole night worth staying up for.

Anyone who thinks MS will tip quietly into the Democratic column because of demographic change should consider the state's history as a majority-black state and what the NC GOP has done in response to a similar situation. It's not going to "be allowed" to happen.

More "voter suppression" BS or whatever...

If MS goes Dem, it will do it.  It will be awhile though.

Overall yes.  Fans of both will think their candidate won.  I think an undecided voter, if there are any left, would probably be more inclined to Ossoff (caveat: I'm for Ossoff in this race.  But then, I voted for Handel in the 2010 primary.)

IMO the biggest points were both in Ossoff's favor: the health care exchange (admittedly a hard spot for any Republican to be in) and Handel's "livable wage" gaffe.  That's going to haunt her.

A tossup with perhaps a tiny lead for one candidate is pretty much the definition of "Tilt".

Yup.  I think Ossoff has a slight advantage that might be in between tossup and tilt (if you can go that small) due to the Comey thing

I'm concerned as a Dem that while his gloating is trashy, the core of it may be accurate, and this could make the difference for Handel.

I wouldn't read into it too much.  Many people (including me) thought that Jo Cox being shot would result in no Brexit (yes, i get that it's a different country and this is a GOP-leaning district)
