Her criticism of stay-at-home orders and the like seem... unappealing to the vast majority of voters.

Personally I think the events of the last few years have shown people the necessity of a well-run, adequately strong government. Obviously that mostly hurts Trump but I also think that hurt libertarians, especially since Jorgenson is, to be blunt, a no-name as of now.

government has failed us, the solution?  MORE GOVERNMENT!

Well no; weak and incompetently run government by amateurs has failed us. I don't think most people would view the solution to weak and incompetently run government as: a minimal government run by different amateurs
