That is helpful except if Senators are elected in the same round, either as retiring incumbents or newly elected ones.

I propose a friendly amendment:

"If two or more newly elected Senators shall have been elected in the same round of counting, they shall be considered elected in the order of their vote totals with the Senator receiving the highest number of votes being deemed elected first. If two or more Senators are elected in the same round with the same vote total, they shall be considered elected in order of whom received the highest number of  votes vote totals in the round of the vote count immediately preceding the round in which they were elected, and if such Senators are tied in such preceding round, then based on the vote count in the next earlier preceding round, and so forth until the first round of the vote count, and if tied in the first round of the vote count, then based on whom has the highest number of posts in the Dave Leips website at the time of their election. preceding rounds of the vote count.

OK, I give up. It may give the court some more work, which can't be all bad.

Aye.

Are you saying you're withdrawing your amendment or...? Because otherwise, it'd go to a vote later...

Yes, I'm withdrawing it.
