How can we get the Senate to move  more quickly? It seems somnolent. It needs a shot of anabolic steroids or something. Is there a doctor in the "house?" Bills waiting in line, bills on the floor that seem just sitting there, whatever. It's time to kick ass somehow. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have one suggestion. Pending legislation of the floor should have a separate folder. It would make it easier to find. And the headings should have deadline dates on it, or if debate is continuing past some certain point, have the term "filibuster" in it. Let's get focused.
