Has always generally been quite positive.

The chap from Minnesoooota, to my knowledge thus far posts substantive and/or entertaining posts. The "fact" that we don't agree much politically is irrelevant. Whom I admire is almost totally divorced from their political views; there is neither a positive nor a negative correlation. My opinion as I have become more familiar with the poster has become more positive, obviously. I am pleased to make this post. Cheers.

Up in the sense that I have come to realize he is an articulate advocate of a libertarian perspective that I abandoned almost in toto somewhere along the line. It brings back fond memories, but beyond that, competent advocates of most things enhance the public square. That is the highest expectation that we can expect of any poster here, really. It tempts us to think.
