Even if a mass murder (hey if you kill one, the rest of the kills are "freebies"), or a murder in a prison by a lifer, or raping a child and then killing the kid, after putting out his or her finger nails, where the evidence is totally conclusive? Yeah, I'm with Grumps that the death penalty is just and needed in certain instances. But those instances should be very limited, and the evidence has to be just about 100% conclusive. We don't want to make a mistake and off an innocent person.
