I live in Hudson's ward 2 that went narrowly for Clinton (about 35% BVAP, 10% Bangledeshi, 5% Hispanic). I voted for Clinton, and partner Dan for Sanders, so we cancelled out each other's vote.
In looking at the town results in Columbia County, there is a wealth factor (more pro Kasich and Clinton at the upper end, except in Hudson's 3rd ward in particular), but it's quite muted. And the Birkenstock towns sometimes went heavily for Sanders (as expected, e.g. New Lebanon), but in the wealthier part of the zone (e.g. Hillsdale), and in quite heavily Jewish Copake (that is where the NYC area Jews who wanted second homes up in the countryside founded their country club and built homes around the lake and nearby because they, along with Italians, were banned from country clubs elsewhere in the county), the results were more muted. I sometimes have trouble separating out the Jews from the Italians myself in NY.
