Well it's time to engage in thread necromancy, and reanimate this comatose oldie but goodie. A
source (yes, yes, I know, a right wing source), has up a Hillary email thread, that raises the issue of whether Hillary telling her aide to cleanse a thread of identifying markings so it can be sent to her via her insecure email, is evidence of intent, one of the elements of one of the criminal statutes in play here. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out. I suppose we still need to know how sensitive the material involved was.
