Peterson and Bishop would be the only ones possibly fitting the category of a tough race and veteran House Dem, who have not yet announced what they are going to do. Am I missing anything?

Where did it say it would be a competitive district? All the article indicates is that there could be more retirements, but didn't say from where.

The article referred to "tough races" I believe.
