Delaware County is going to decide this and Balderson is up there now.

Tom Perez said on CNN Balderson has to be a 54-44 over O'Connor in Delaware County. Well, he is now.

Balderson increases lead, leads by 1.781 Votes as Muskingum & Delaware Counties certified their Results. The other 5 Counties incl. Franklin face a Friday Deadline
