That's not going to happen, unfortunately. GA-14 is Titanium Safe R. The only way Greene will lose is if she's ousted in the primary, and she won her last primary with nearly 70% of the vote. She fits her district like a glove.

It's probably a harsh thing to say, but the most shocking thing about that is the fact that MTG found someone to cheat with.

This is true. I'm also reminded of Sarah Palin's divorce from her husband a few years back, although I'm not sure if he accused her of infidelity.
