He cowardly killed himself and eluded from taking responsibility for his crimes of war and crimes against humanity. He should have been put to trial and sentenced to death by hanging.

The theory that Hitler had fled to Argentina is pure Soviet misinformation.

Yeah, Stalin did this on purpose although they found his remains or what was left of it after taking over Berlin and before the Americans and Brits arrived for occupation. They quickly removed it and Stalin told Truman at the Potsdam conference that he believed Hitler was still alive. Hitler's teeths are still in a Moscow Archive as far as I know, while the remaining ash was spilled into the Ehle River in 1970 by the Soviet military.

I've watched a few documentaries about Hitler's final days in the bunker, his death, and the subsequent fate of his remains. If I'm recalling correctly, the Soviets were able to identify Hitler's remains through analysis of his teeth, as confirmed by Hitler's personal dentist and his assistant. The 1970 disposal of most of his remains-and of those of Eva Braun, Blondi, and the Goebbels family-was done on the orders of KGB Director and Brezhnev's successor as Soviet dictator, Yuri Andropov. The Soviets did so partly out of fears that a Hitler grave would become a Neo-Nazi shrine.
