If Biden wins by large enough, I think it will be big enough to drag Finello over the finish line.

Fitzpatrick survived the double-digit wins of Wolf and Casey in his district back in 2018, so I don't find it hard to see him surviving a similar Biden win this year, especially since almost every poll we've seen from this district-including Democratic internals-show him ahead. At any rate, Democrats can still win this district, and I would rate it as Tossup/Lean R.
