Carlson needs to get his story straight on Florida Law. A minor can marry at 17 with a parent's consent as long as there is no more than a two (2) year age difference.
There is no defense for Warren Jeffs. One can argue about whether or not his sentence is overly harsh or not. (I'll leave that task to others.) But there's no defense for Jeffs' actions, and I don't feel sorry for him in his situation.
As for Carlson, he's a knothead to defend Warren Jeffs. That's what lawyers are for.
