Huckabee needs to accept already that he lost the nomination, dragging on with this (especially with lawyers) isn't going to make anyone happy.

If he thinks he's been gypped out of a win anywhere, even if it's too late to win the nomination, then why should he care about making the party machine and party hacks happy?

So by that logic, anyone who loses the nomination of any party should do all they can to screw the party over...because they didn't win.  Nice.
