It is my opinion as Attorney General that Mr. Duke is eligible for this appointment to the Vice Presidency. The Constitutional clause pertaining to term limits specifies that people can't be elected more than twice consecutively.
In the most recent Presidential election, Duke was not on the winning ticket, so at that moment his streak of winning consecutive elections was broken- so the clause no longer applied to him.
