Gingrich is too busy talking up the results in Louisiana to drop out now, and after that he'll be too busy talking up how well he'll do in Texas. For Gingrich to suddenly decide to drop out, he'll have to somehow stop being utterly stubborn if selfish; if being ousted in '98 didn't change that, nothing will.
Also, I really doubt Romney would agree to another new debate at all.
