He's not exactly wrong, mind you. But "standing up" to the party elite can't hurt, can it?

Not with the masses....look at Simi.....he's drooling over this speech, and frankly I can't wait to hear it later on TV Cheesy

Both Christie and King were very clear in praising Cantor while pummelling Boehner.

Boehner won't last the week as speaker.

Well I don't know if all of the committee people he tossed off are coming back in the new Congress, but they won't need many more supporters to oust him if they are.

The "pork-loaded" Senate bill had $600 million in other provisions out of $60 billion, i.e., 1% of the total.

Maybe wasn't loaded but still totally inappropriate to include in this.

Why is the house version sooooooo much smaller if the Senate bill was 1% pork?

Yes I am!  Cheesy   If we accept b33's statement as fact, and I do, the house version is providing far less aid.....and perhaps justifiably so in some instances, but it's a huge difference.....why?
