It begs the question, is this a demilitarized zone? Outside of some really bad areas in some major cities, I wasn't aware that demilitarized zones existed here.

So if I head down to the grocery store to pick up a carton of almond milk, I can expect to be shaken down by the cops? Jeez, used to be that they had to have a reason to stop you and harass you.

A reason? I though all you had to be was a black?

Actually, Philadelphia tried to implement a "stop and frisk" policy in 2008.  

Silly, really, as we all know Philadelphians only commit crimes with their bare fists.

Even the cops are afraid to drive down J.J.'s street.  No stop and frisk there.
