Good. No State - not a state, not the State - has the right to take a life for whatever reason; and those who support the death penalty quite clearly put themselves to the lie when they then turn around and attack "big government". There is no government bigger than that with the power over life and death.

I sleep well at night believing in the death penalty and railing against big government.  Thanks for caring though,
