I would run, but I simply don't have the time (especially as the school year starts) to take on this job.  However, my concern of finding a worthy candidate for the PPT position has been remedied now that Hawk has declared his candidacy.

I fully endorse Sen. Dave Hawk for the position of President Pro Tempore.  I know he will do a good job.
