DODGERS!!! WORLD CHAMPS!!!

Did everyone hear that Justin Turner tested positive for COVID-19 and that's why he was taken out of the game? That's going to be a big story tomorrow on ESPN & FS1's talking head shows.

DODGERS!!! WORLD CHAMPS!!!

Did everyone hear that Justin Turner tested positive for COVID-19 and that's why he was taken out of the game? That's going to be a big story tomorrow on ESPN & FS1's talking head shows.

The Dodgers tried to play it down, but it sounds like management, Dave Roberts and his teammates wanted him out there. Apparently he was heartbroken, crying, but still he should understand the severity of what he did. I get he's a Free Agent and he might not be back with the team. But I blame Rob Manfred, it looked like way more than 11,000 fans tonight and he had no idea how to answer the questions about it. He also got almost booed out of the building. The fans don't like him and I'm sure the owners are going to have a lot of questions and TV executives.

Wait, wasn't he part of the celebration afterward?

Yep. Turner should face a lengthy suspension next year.

He looks like a good old boy who doesn't need to hear some fruity scientist tell him about no "free radicals" or "ventilator tubes".

Also, he was completely hammered, so I suspect they may or SHOULD move on from him as Commissioner. I'm all for the DH in the AL & NL, I'm for adding 2 more teams to the league (looking at you Montreal), but I'm not for the 16 teams in the playoffs or some other weird ideas he has for the game. But, the DODGERS ARE CHAMPIONS!!! East LA was going bananas. Love it! Though I suspect cases are going to be a mess next month.
