This is just disgusting, because he fits a "profile". Cops have gotten too much of a pass for bullsh**t, but also their cops at the top of these jurisdictions have gotten carte-blanche to do whatever the hell they want, they overstep their boundaries. It's what most of us politically call "engineering". They're following orders but no one is getting held accountable.
