Secondly, looking through the files I couldn't find anything denoting a full on budget, however, going off the info provided by the deputy GM, after the initial cost of setting everything up, the yearly cost of the bill would be $817,344.09, a drop in the pan of the estimated revinue brought by the Fremont Revenue Act (

As such, I feel confident in saying that current funding should be able to handle the bill without new sources of revenue.
