So, my bill, so I'll speak first. This be my first bill in atlasia so I don't expect it to be perfect. Never the less I feel it is vital for us to make our buildings more eco-friendly. I figure this is a good start.

Let it be known that at the very least. I am an honest man.

I did not think to speak to the GM, I probably should of figured I'd have to ask for info on that, however I didn't know that was needed.

I will contact him and see what he says. I apologise for the trouble.

First off, thank you for the numbers.

Secondly, looking through the files I couldn't find anything denoting a full on budget, however, going off the info provided by the deputy GM, after the initial cost of setting everything up, the yearly cost of the bill would be $817,344.09, a drop in the pan of the estimated revinue brought by the Fremont Revenue Act (https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=246364.0)

As such, I feel confident in saying that current funding should be able to handle the bill without new sources of revenue.

I offer the following amendment:

Quite plainly, this amends then original bill to clearly state where the money for this program is coming from, and makes some minor grammatical/spelling corrections besides. Members have 24 hours to object.

Fair enough. I have no objections.
