So that they can unseat incumbents in the primaries, and elect candidates that will deal with their concerns better than current Republicans do? It's Republican policies and rhetoric that keep minorities away, so (as a member of a minority or two) I would say that we've got few reasons to vote for them.
Although, seeing as I voted for Republican Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in November, she could serve as a lesson on how to bring minorities back into the Republican Party
