Biden wrote the 1994 crime bill that packed our prisons with minorities, a bill which if it had not passed would have allowed the Democrats to win every election. All of the disenfranchised felons that were stopped from voting is one of the reasons Gore lost Florida.

Why do all Sanders supporters have such a tenuous relationship with the truth?

Despite reservations, Mr. Biden, who has served as the Obama administration’s unofficial liaison to the law enforcement community, has not only stood by the 1994 legislation, but has also frequently taken credit for it. As recently as this spring, in an essay on community policing for a book of bipartisan reform proposals put together by the Brennan Center for Justice, Mr. Biden referred to the legislation as the “1994 Biden Crime Bill.”

The vast majority of incarcerations were/are based on state laws. Clinton's crime bill didn't have a significant impact on that aspect.
You are just another Bernie Bro who doesn't know what the hell you're talking about.

Won't matter. When Hillary ran in 2016, people blamed her for losing their jobs to NAFTA even though she had nothing to do with it. Same thing will happen with Biden on top of his Senate voting record which is absolutely one of the worst

You know the reason GOP kept the individual rates temporary is that it allows them to pass it with 50 votes , and then even when the Democrats win there is no way Dems will let them expire , so they basically made the tax reform permanent with just 50 votes.

Naw....Dems can just junk this whole piece of shít tax "reform" under reconciliation again with 50 votes

In their rush to pass this scam, the Senate GOP didn't realize they defacto repealed literally every corporate deduction: http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2017/12/senate-gop-accidentally-killed-all-corporate-tax-deductions.html

What a bunch of retards

I thought my congressman Faso was against this bill. Now he voted to move it along? What happened?

GOP wants to get spanked in 2018 by the Democrats just like David Vitter did by the prostitute

Upstate GOP is finished. Paul Ryan cancelled fundraisers for House GOPers who voted against the tax bill

She is not.

Collins knew this was going to happen. She is going to act shocked that this happened and shift blame to the house.

This is like when she came out against Betsy DeVos after being the deciding vote that sent her out of the committee lol

Murkowski being on the conference essentially illustrates that leadership is absolutely sure of her vote. Shame.

The whole thing is a joke. Might as well turn your head away and look to 2018 cuz that's all you can do at this point

Lankford on the floor claiming the defuction for classroom supplies was doubled, not removed. Is that true?

Also, he made the note that the Senate version doesn't gut tuition deductions the way the House one does - potential indicator he doesn't want that the final bill.

Who knows anymore.... Republicans lie so much these days, it's hard to take their word on anything
