Personally, I don't think most women could handle the front lines.  We react more to emotions, which would greatly affect our combat abilities.  We are not built to be as physically strong as men are.  Men would spend more time protecting us than helping themselves.

However, if the need arises or if women were drafted, I think women should be able to fight on the front lines, although they could become a liability.

I would gladly serve my country in any way I could, but I can't say that all women would.
