- end to civil fortitude
- The Congress or the President has the right to call a nationwide referendum to decide a policy
(I.E. Gay Marriage)
- End to citizens united and extreme campaign finance reform
- Formation of the States of Washington DC and Puerto Rico and allow for proportional representation
- end to life long status of US justices (15 Years)

- Some form of a Workers Right Amendment ensuring the American employees rights in regard to the owner
- Reform of the Electoral College into a more democratic and representational system
