It means a Republican running on "populism' that has a working brain will probably win 400+ electoral votes in 2024.

I think you need someone like Mike Huckabee or even a Rick Santorum.

I think hes on to something, actually.  Just drop the evangelicalism for mere lip service like Trump and that candidate would probably be able to win provided they were exciting enough.
