Can anyone confirm which constituencies didn't hold elections? Was it just the Rohingya regions? The main Rohingya party, the National Democratic Party for Human Rights, which won 4 seats in 1990, didn't win any seats at all.

Shan state all of them. Rohingya are largely disenfrachised. Also, Rakhine state has reported very little till now.

Update, with all but 61 seats (on all levels) decided. Also including the "ethnic affairs ministers" (basically, additional state/regional legislators elected to represent minority populations), but excluding the military (a quarter of the total number of seats in each legislature - USDP will block with them , of course). It seems the military/USDP block will control the Shan legislature, but possibly nothing else.

We'll have the result for the remaining seats by "November 20, at the latest"

But very little is remaining: including only 1 seat in the national parliament (or 3 - some minor disagreement on that i. what I have seen), I believe, and a few more state and ethnic affairs  seats - all in Kachin State. Apparently, they are delivering ballot boxes from the remote areas on foot.

Pretty much everything has been announced today and yesterday. What is left is not going to change anything. USDP together with the military will control Shan state and ANP nearly swept Arakan. We still need to wait for Kachin, though NLD is ahead there - there might be a need for a coalition with the local parties. Everywhere else, it seems, it is NLD.

Final Kachin state results. USDP picks up one seat in the lower house and 2 state seats, and another Bamar party (NUP) picks its first seat anywhere (in the upper house). Lisu NDP gets a lower house and a state seat, and  NLD gets 5 state seats, including all 4 ethnic affairs ministers. NLD is one seat short of absolute majority in the state parliament.

Vote recount in Shan state corrects one AH result. USDP loses 1, an ethnic party gains 1.
