If, on top of everything, a conservative white Democrat were to oust Obama in a primary, I could see Cain getting, say 25% of the vote in DC. I'd conjecture that to be his ceiling. Well, may be, if that democrat were filmed raping a dead same-sex goat while shouting calls for lynching black babies, and the film were broadcast a week before the election, may be, Cain could break 40%.
