I think I just found a new drink of choice!  V8 Fusion Concord Grape Raspberry!  I bought it a couple weeks back, but just have not tried it, yet.  Needless to say, I am impressed.   V8 Fusion for an 8 oz glass gives you only 50 calories and one serving each of fruits and vegetables!  So much better than soda!!  I'm going to Walmart tomorrow night.  I am going to challenge myself NOT to buy ANY soda and instead just stick with water and now V8 Fusion!

Guys, he's coming from a starting point of soda, I don't think water with lemon (it's better with lime) is a realistic suggestion at this point.
