I try to save Excedrin for migraines because the caffeine is so good and at this point I don't even really take much other than maybe a few ibuprofen and a joint for a regular headache. Which is extremely effective for the record. And I hate Percocets and other more intense pain killers, so that's out.

Seriously you should try this powdered aspirin with caffeine (sorry its not DC Powdered Aspirin its BC Powdered Aspirin):
