Truman: Lean Foreign, love both
Eisenhower: Strong Domestic, foreign policy was meh
Kennedy: Foreign, just thanks to the missile crisis, also tenure too short to judge domestic
LBJ: MASSIVELY Domestic
Nixon: Strong Domestic
Ford: Domestic
Carter: Strong Domestic
Reagan: Strong Foreign, domestic was a disaster
HW: Strong Foreign
Clinton: Foreign
Bush: Strong Domestic, not that it was good
Obama: MASSIVELY Domestic, foreign was bad
Trump: Strong Foreign, though it's bad too, but unlike domestic which is repugnant there are a few bright spots there
