Yeah, the Iraqis definitely need to make demands here ... 
First their army fully collapsed and their forces ran for cover against the IS, then the Kurds came in and took up the fight against IS (it could have been a much higher death toll if the Kurds weren't the FFs they are).
The Iraqis should just shut the f**k up and cede the areas that were taken by the Kurds for their brave actions against IS when the Iraqis failed to do their job. Plus, the Iraqis can be "happy" that they got Mosul back ...
