Some notes:
Franken hasn't won any Trump states yet, but he is winning old HRC states much sooner than she did. Maine, New Hampshire, and Minnesota were all very late HRC calls, but were pretty early Franken ones. (ofc MN is pretty obvious)
I'm also surprised at the early calls in GA and SC. (SC was instant) Those two states were called much later in 2016 than they are here.
Combine those two things, though, and you probably just get a wash explained away by increases in vote count speed.
True, but we are also seeing much narrower margins in many places Trump won like Ohio, and Franken actually leading Wisconsin. Lastly, while Trump couldn't make NJ and CT competitive, it's clear that Trump did make MO and MT at least somehow tight, so that could be an encouraging sign.
