It's in "protest" of a law the Israeli Knesset just passed that essentially censors online porn. I don't really care that much, but it's a weird thing for Israel to do, so I decided to be an L-Israel for the week.
This hasn't yet fully passed the Knesset. I expect it to fall along the road. But indeed, it's an very dangerous law, because it allows the government to decide what is the meaning of inappropriate content, which creates a danger for democracy and freedom of the internet. It's even more alarming at a time Netanyahu is trying to take over the media.
Anyway, for the topic, the GOP establishment would probably consolidate and fight him much earlier this time. They're probably the last people in the US who want another Trump nomination.
