Kim Schrier and Mona Das seem like strong candidates. Schrier in particular seems like a strong fit for the district, and she has a plethora of academic achievements, along with being a practicing pediatrician. She seems to really encapsulate the white suburban mom demographic that really took a hard turn leftwards in the 2016 election.
