Why is Sky just reporting 2 Labour, 1 Tory council results, while BBC has Labour already at 5-1?

Is it different sources to get the results?

I guess the assumption, as of now, is that the results are much more a Tory defeat than an actual Labour victory, right? Labour isn't gaining that much, despite the Tories big fall.

Labour have surpassed the Conservatives as the largest party of local government.

I believe that the Tories were the largest party in local government since 2002, isn't that so?

Conservatives gain the Bedford mayoral election from the Lib Dems by just 145 votes.
