Quick question: What if neither candidate gets 50% b/c of nulls? I'm not too knowledgeable about Brazil politics, please explain.

Null or blank votes don't count. Only valid votes count.

Rio Grande do Sul and Amapá are very, very close. SP, a bit close. The rest seems to be a foregone conclusion.

Also, interesting info. Until now, all gubernatorial candidates that are leading the vote tallies in the 2nd round, placed first in the 1st round.
