Really sad day.

Lebron just passed Kobe Bryant on the scoring list yesterday in Philadelphia.  It's now a bittersweet accomplishment.

Really sad day.  Hopefully none of his daughters were actually on board.

It was just the other day that Lebron passed his scoring record.

Trump tweeted about it:

He couldn't even get the number of people on board right. Seems like he just want to put his two cents in on what was trending.

I mean, to be fair, that's like...80% of my Instagram story feed right now.  Not that I'm complaining --  you can feel sad even if you've never watched an organized sport in your life.  But major deaths definitely induce a bandwagon effect: "all my friends are posting about it and caring about it, so I feel compelled to say something about it, too."

I'll stop now, though, because this is neither the time nor the place.  How incredibly awful.

This is not the thread to be defending Trump. Shameful.

Maybe give it rest with one topic.  It's a sports tragedy.

I love that both teams took a "24" second shot clock violation in the Pelicans/Celtics game.  Very clever way to honor the man.
