The clinton campaign must be seeing different numbers with their internal polling. they are spending over 1 million in Arizona this week and Tim Kaine is in Phoenix today doing a rally in Spanish. This may be another example of of polls without spanish option underestimating Latino vote in states like AZ and NV.

Here are an interesting bunch of tweets from Boston Globe columnist Michael Cohen re: Clinton campaign travel schedule:

"1) I think you can get an interesting sense of where the race stands right now by looking at Clinton's travel schedule ...

... her focus is certainly on swing states, but also on places where Dems are in close down ballot races

... Florida has 5 competitive House races & a close Senate race. NC has a close Sen race and Gov race; Nevada has close Senate & House races

... PA and NH have both close Senate race and close House race; Michigan has 3 close House races & the state leg seems to be in play

... today she's in Arizona, which has 2 close House races.

... but then look where she's not going: TX and GA, which are both close but only have one competitive House race between them

... Clinton not going to MO & IN which have 2 Senate races where Dems are running ahead of her. Her presence there would likely hurt them

... this is speculation on my part about Clinton campaign's thinking. But her focus seems to be on places where she can help down ballot

... but the Michigan example is perhaps the most interesting. Lot of focus here when no polls show the race close. But big down ballot oppos"

The Kaine Spanish rally was announced Monday afternoon,  3 days after Comey letter . They also doubled their planned AZ buy after Comey  Campaigns poll every day.

AZ is still probably a long shot but my point was the clinton campaign are treating it as more in play than GA

Agreed-- though I don't think it's that big a long shot.

Seems to me like Clinton campaign thinks they have a better chance in AZ then in Iowa.
