Sounds like the administration isn't going to challenge the 9th's ruling, but just sign a new EO instead.

clever move, even while it breaks the cheap talking points trump's fand tried to spread the last few days.

this thing wouldn't have passed the SC and that wasn't cause the US government can't control immigration but because this thing was effed up - period.
