it's the rally from today out of PA and ofc he didn't say "black people" but from urban voters in phillie.

trump promises to campaign like mad in the phillie suburbs for the next couple of weeks......and the stadium he is only filled with 8000 people....in april 10.000 people came to see him at the same place.
