Although he's far more of a center-left/neoliberal type than I am, I do enjoy reading his often unique perspective on issues and am glad he moved leftward from his libertarian Republican days.

Are you also a follower of Karl Marx (and Engels, Lenin, Gramsci, Trotsky, et al.)? It'd be nice to have more Marxists/Socialists on this forum.

Tbh Pericles reminds me of a standard liberal on this forum. So, I’m neutral.

EDIT: That was my opinion of Big Abraham, not JA. JA I think is an FF, although I'm concerned by his gradually more tankieish outlook and can foresee myself amending my opinion of him to be pretty much the same as my opinion of Big Abraham in the future.

The day I start acting like a tankie by defending trash like the Soviet Union or Stalin or Mao or whatever is the day I give you guys the right to take me out to pasture.
