It largely depends on to which definition of racism you subscribe; either
(a) racism is "[p]rejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior," or
(b) "racism is prejudice plus power and therefore people of color cannot be racist against whites in the United States."
Regardless of the semantics, we should all be able to agree that stereotyping entire groups of people and expressing negative feelings or prejudice towards a group based on their race/ethnicity/religion/sex/gender/sexuality/place-of-origin/etc is wrong, immoral, and condemnable.
