He's currently losing NJ by 11 points and NY by 20 in the polling aggregate. He's also trailing Romney's percentage in both. Next.

Don't use polls, they are rigged in her favor. Use other factors.
What "other factors"? Crowd sizes? I thought that we had learned from 2012...?

Well... running the math, a CA Clinton supporter is worth about 2 CA Trump supporters. So if he won 15% of Trump voters and 45% of Clinton voters, he could take the state. The megacoattails (amplified by being 3rd party) would then undoubtedly extend to every state west of the Mississippi; Johnson wins all of New England ('cause Bill Weld), and #BattlegroundSouthCarolina, handing him the presidency. The 272 Freiwal holds.
