Not the one I'd align with most ideologically but I think Philip Hammond would make the best Prime Minister of the lot. My favourite is Liam Fox but unfortunately he's probably unelectable. Boris Johnson would be a good choice and would most likely be an election winner but I'm not sure how conviction based his politics are.
